Each year A.P. Eagers Ltd (the Australian Stock Exchange listed parent company of Adrian Brien Automotive) conducts an employee survey to get an understanding of staff attitudes towards the company.

Based on the results of this survey we can conclude that 50% of our staff are actively engaged in the business and 34% are satisfied.

Adrian Brien Automotive achieved the best result based on staff engagement as well as overall financial performance and Reynella Hyundai achieved the best result for a small dealership.

Q: Why are there so many different trim levels and what exactly are they?

A: Great question! Trim levels allow us to provide you with a vehicle that is more closely suited to your needs, wants and budget.

Previously, automakers had offered lots of options to give customers much flexibility, however this has largely been discarded in favor of trim levels (also known as grades and sometimes as option packages), which offers manufacturing and marketing simplicity.

A model may be offered in varying trim levels, which denotes different configurations of standard equipment and amenities. For instance, the base trim may have only basic features (wheel covers, cloth seats) compared to the top-of-the-line model (alloy wheels, leather upholstery).

Ford celebrated the production milestone at its newest global manufacturing facility located in Rayong, Thailand, approximately 200 kilometers (120 miles) southeast of Bangkok. The Ford Thailand Manufacturing (FTM) plant is a $450 million facility, opened in May to produce the new Ford Focus, which also is built in four other countries. FTM represents the latest in Ford’s global manufacturing capabilities, with new stamping presses, flexible body shops and robotic capabilities that enable it to produce up to six different vehicles simultaneously.
